You can move from reactive behaviors towards compassionate responses and radical acceptance.

In couples therapy, I invite intimate partners to explore creating attention, curiosity, playfulness, clear communication, security and experiencing freedom.

Family dynamics are complicated. In family therapy, we begin by assessing how the system is functioning. We will develop a better understanding of individual needs for safety and connection within the system. I will invited you to explore communication this is authentic and compassionate. We will support each member to feel seen, heard, and valued within the system. We will work to increase the experiences of validation, respect and understanding. I will work you to learn how to navigate ruptures in relationship, so you experience a decrease in the experience of aloneness.
